Email contact was swift/timely; phone calls if not answered immediately were returned promptly. Status of car was always known. Pick up/delivery in 5 days – FANTASTIC!! Shank Bros. were excellent as well as auto carrier who was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Car was delivered as shipped – NO problems with quality and vehicle.
