When I originally registered I made an error in my pickup dates and Truck It Transport made sure to verify my dates and changed the pickup date in accordance with my schedule even though the original error was my own oversight! Not to mention how understanding they were to make the correction on my behalf. They had the carrier pick up the car right in the middle of the range of dates I had selected which was perfect considering that I scheduled it with the expectation that it would be picked up on that date. The carrier was off by one day in terms of delivery but it didn't matter since I knew I was working in a window and it fell perfectly within that time frame. Truck It is the perfect service if your timing is plus/minus 2 days flexible both in terms of pick-up and delivery and I would definitely use them again considering how reasonable the price was for shipping my car all the way across country and how they were able to fall within my expectations. Well worth the cost!
