I had the motorcycle delivered to me and my son decided he wanted to keep it. I made arrangement with Jac Carroll the person who brought it to me to take it back. He was professional and great to talk to . He picked it up on July 2, 2013 to bring it back to Florida. On the way there his truck broke down. The bike was going to be delivered Monday July 8 because Jac wanted to spend time with his family. This is where I started having problems Roger the dispatcher for Janto LLC came and got the motorcycle. I called him on July 8th and was told the motorcycle was going to be delivered Wednesday the 10th/Thursday the 11th. I called July 11th and was told by Roger that he was out of town and the motorcycle was going to be delivered again on either July 12th/July 13th or maybe July the 17th. He was very unprofessional and rude. He state he wasn't going to pawn his work off. I said it was a matter of getting the motorcycle there on time or within a reasonable time. By giving it to another company is good practice and shows your willing to work with others to get the job done. That the customer gets good service. I left our conversation not knowing when or if the motorcycle was going to be delivered. I would not recommend Janto LLC for a carrier and it's my opinion. I would use Jac Carroll Transport the person who actually brought the motorcycle to me then tried to bring it back to Florida until his truck broke down. He was very professional and a great guy to talk too. Again I would not recommend Janto LLC for a carrier and it's my opinion from dealing with them. My son just got out of the Navy and is going to school and wants to ride. A good way to treat a veteran and human being.
