I origninally went with Sealand's auto shipping after looking over their website and talking with Frank for the first time who went over a few things with me, who though many have stated was rude , was not necessarily rude, but obviously doesn't understand the meaning of good customer service. I have shipped a car four times, and the company I originally use, wasn't available to ship in my desired timeframe. So all things considered, including price, which as others have said, should not be the sole factor for booking, I went with Sealand. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY IF YOU SERIOUSLY NEED YOUR CAR SHIPPED. What a disappointment on so many facets. I originally booked my shipping the Monday before the fourth of July, and was very prudent, but called many places and specifically asked if the holiday would cause any delays and if the 72 hour pickup I had been told by others was plausible. Frank assured me it was. Three days later no shipping. Called back Friday, and Frank answered, rushing me off the phone, asked what's going on. Said carrier confirmed for pickup, will call wihtin the weekend, and car picked up latest by Monday. Monday rolls around and no calls. Called Sealand first thing and again, being rushed off the phone, told the carrier is confirmed and that he is in the area, and will call me back with details in two hours. Two hours go by and nothing. Called back, leave voicemail. Call back again, leave another voicemail. Write an email demanding that a manager contact me asap. NO CALLS OR EMAILS. Called back today Tuesday, and same run around. Obviously Frank is the only employee here as no one else answers the phone. And obviously Frank does not know how to run a business or offer proper service. Told again yeah the carrier is there and I'm the first on the list and I quote "we paid $150 out of our pocket to put you on the list." WHAT A CROCK! No company pays money out of their pocket to get you ahead in this economy, and when told Frank about the reviews, and what I read and wanted a refund. All too quick to give one back. Thankfully for that, as I was not ready to deal with more of a run around. As I stated before, save yourself the time and the hassle and deal with someone who is better reviewed, and check the dispatch list for ratings in terms of shippers, and do not go with someone just because they offer a lower price. Shipping is hard enough and we all have jobs, you need your car, don't endure the same headache I have. CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!

In addition to this, since adding the post. Frank over at Sealand's Auto Shipping tried to say that this order was invalid and fake and transportreviews.com contacted me for confirmation of an actual order being placed. Furthermore, because I decided to voice my opinion on the matter here, he is now denying my refund to my deposit stating that he thought I was agreeing to an amicable release from my shipping order. When I told him I already had received the email regarding the validation on my refund, he stated that yes I got the email, however, my refund could not be processed due to my review. He then said that I can gladly have my refund when I take my review down. As I told him, nothing in the refund email or contract bars me from getting back my refund, to which he said yes, but he is unable to issue a refund due to the fact that I posted a review. I explicitly said I have every right to post a review regarding this experience and said I will not remove my review. He then proceeded to call me several times basically baiting me to get my review back by taking my review down, which I have told him no. He then continued to call and leave voicemails. He went on to say that he doesn't like transportreviews.com and did not want any interaction, to which I said had I posted a good review, would he have called to have it removed, to which he replied no. Needless to say, this has turned into a much bigger mess than needed to be. Frank has called and left me another voicemail. This company is ridiculous, and I have hired someone else, who got the car picked up today. I am very upset about the whole ordeal, and where Sealand Auto Shipping has decided to take this whole ordeal to a whole new level. I am appalled at this point. AGAIN DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

CUSTOMER PLACED ORDER WITH US ON 7/1 FOR THE FIRST DATE AVAILABLE OF 7/8. WE WORK WITH AN ESTIMATED 1-3 DAY WINDOW OF TIME FOR PICKUPS. WE AWAITED FINAL CONFIRMATION FROM THE MOTOR CARRIER. CUSTOMER DECIDED TO CANCEL ORDER ON 7/9. WE ISSUED REFUND BACK TO THEIR VISA ON 7/12/13. THEN WE FOUND OUT FROM THE CARRIER PRIOR TO ACCEPTING THE ORDER THAT THE CUSTOMER HAD THEIR ORDER PLACED WITH ANOTHER BROKER NAMED AMERICAN CAR TRANSPORTERS INC. ON 6/28/13 FOR A PICKUP ON 7/24/13. WE WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THIS BY THE CUSTOMER AND THE DUPLICATE LISTING ON OUR NATIONAL DISPATCH BOARD IS A PROBLEM FOR MOTOR CARRIERS AND WILL CAUSE DELAY IN FINAL CONFIRMATION AND PICKUP.
