Graham was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my emails and calls. My experience with the truck driver not as well. They wanted to drop my car off at a truck lot without me receiving it. The driver was in a hurry for next job and expected me to meet him within 2 hrs of his phone call. I tried to call day prior twice with no avail. I had some confusion on the final payment transactions. Graham called owner of the carrier and ironed it out for me with haste.
