My quote I originally received ended up not getting picked up by any carriers the week of my move which resulted in them raising it by over $100 at the last minute. Also, the drivers were not very good at communicating what time they would pick up and deliver the car which resulted in me having to reach out to my primary contact at Safe-Direct Car Shipping often.

Thanks for your feedback Linda! Our original quote to you was entirely accurate, but you asked for a better rate ($150 less than our quote). While we are always happy to try for a bargain, we cannot compel a carrier to work for your preferred price. We are sorry that your preferred offer didn't confirm a carrier for your, but our original quote would have done the trick.
