On most of my experience I would rate this company highly. They were definitely fast and efficient. Within an hour of making my reservation Graham had called back to let me know they had found a transporter. The car was picked up on the first day it was available. English was a second language for my driver so it was difficult communicating but he knew what he was doing and the car was quickly loaded. The car even arrived two days before they had estimated. My only complaint is that when I made my reservation Graham missed an important piece of information which, long story short, required us to ship the wrong car. We had two, one we wanted shipped and one we wanted to drive. Graham rushed me through the paperwork and it wasn't until it was too late that I saw he had got them mixed up. In the end it ended up being for the best and I don't mind, but at the time I was really frustrated that he was not apologetic or helpful about it at all. So, in the end I would recommend this company, but I would take the time to double check your order before you finish even if it means slowing things down and going through all the attachments.
