Amanda is helpful but driver is rude

Amanda is really good and find the driver for me very quickly. The thing is when I pick up my car, there are scratches and two small dents on the front of my car. And the driver is so rude that he didn't want to cover the damage and wanted to drive my car to the storage at my cost if I insist to cover the damages. Then I call Amanda, after talking the driver draws the scratches and dents on the receipt. Currently, I want to find a local body shop and give the quote to the driver. Hope the driver would reimburse my lost!
