Horrible Experience - DO NOT USE!

These guys are liars and frauds. They were the lowest bidder, and I regret taking the bait. When I booked, I was asked which DAY (singular) I would like the car picked up. I told them the Thursday before my flight on Friday. I called to confirm the week before, and the customer service agent was curt, telling me it was a TWO DAY pick up window. So I made sure it was Wednesday or Thursday. I called Tuesday to get a timeframe, they said a driver was "in the area" but would not be more specific. Wednesday rolled around and I hear nothing. I called in the afternoon, and again, they couldn't give me any specifics. They promised to call me as soon as they contacted the driver. This is a recurring theme: I call, they offer no information, promise to call me back and I never hear from them. They are rude on the phone, and in a hurry to get me off. Now it is Friday morning (the day of my flight) and still nothing. This is DAY THREE of my two-day window. They try to extort me by telling me if I pay the driver extra, he will pick up my car faster. I am told the driver was on his way and would get there that morning. When I called after noon, the man hung up on me SEVERAL times and was getting more and more rude. I did not trust these scumbags at all, if it was this much of a problem for them to get the car, I could only imagine the issues with getting the car back. Terrible, unreliable customer service. I had to get my lawyer involved to get a full refund, which they promised to give me back on my credit card (I had paid in full up front. What was I thinking?!) but still have not. Don't worry, I called my credit card company and stopped payment already. Getting screwed over by these guys is jeopardizing my job because I won't have a car until much later I was expecting. Bottom line: AVOID AT ALL COSTS, an extra $100 or so to another company is WORTH it!

PLEASE REFER TO OUR INDUSTRY STANDARD SHIPPING AGREEMENT. WE HAD THIS CUSTOMER ALREADY SCHEDULED WITH A CARRIER WHEN AN ATTORNEY CALLED AND WITHOUT READING THE CONTRACT AND CANCELLED ORDER.
