My interactions with Safe Direct Car were all positive, but my average review stems from the negative interactions with the driver they contracted. First, he was two days late, and then he was nearly impossible to reach on the day he picked up my car. We waited from 11 am to 7 pm to hear from him. While I understand that he doesn't directly work for Safe Direct Car, it was their decision to hire him, and they should bear the consequences of his failures. I would probably use SDC again, but not without doing more research.
