"Confirmed for pick up"

Was told when placed order that it would be no problem to ship my vehicle. I called multiple times every day to check status and was told every day that I was "confirmed for pickup" and that the vehicle would be picked up that day or the next. I was told each day that I would receive a call to update me, but I did not receive any calls. After 9 days of waiting, I was then told there was a "truck shortage" on the route and added $100 bonus. 14 days after placing order I requested full refund. If he had been honest up front about difficulty in shipping or delay issues, I would have adjusted accordingly.
A full refund was given, but now I have been 14 days without my vehicle (paying daily for a rental) and need to find an honest, knowledgeable transport company.
If you decide to go with Sealand, cross your fingers. Expect to be dragged along without honest info if the vehicle is not picked up when expected. They only post the transport info to the main board and do not make any more effort than that. I believe this is why they can offer low prices.

PLEASE REFER TO OUR INDUSTRY STANDARD SHIPPING AGREEMENT. THIS CUSTOMER WAS ON A NATIONWIDE DELAYED ROUTE. WE ADDED EXTRA FUNDS TO EXPEDITE ORDER AND CONTACTED OVER 200 CARRIERS WITH NO RESULT. WE REFUNDED THE CUSTOMER BACK IN FULL.
