Jorge walked me through the process from beginning to end. He was forthright and candid about prices, expectations and scheduling. I did need to make a couple of adjustments to the delivery date and he was patient and understanding. Also, we exchanged multiple emails and phone calls to keep me abreast of the situation in real time. The cross country trip is one of the more expensive drives but I felt like the price that I paid was fair and competitive for the service provided.
My car was shipped from Atlanta to Los Angeles without delay. I stored my car in Anaheim and the contact person at this location was friendly and flexible with pick up times. I picked up my car and there were no damages to the interior or exterior.
Overall, I was impressed with their service. Trusting your car with strangers can be an intimidating and daunting experience however the representatives at Amerifreight did an excellent job. Their first conversation with me was about checking out reviews of other moving companies. That's how confident they are in their provided service and prices. They didn't try to pressure me into using their company. I plan on using this company in the future for moving needs and highly recommend to friends and family.
