Plaza Auto Transport is just an intermediary, not a moving company, (Beware!)

They will contact you and promise to give you a fair price. Additionally, at least on the phone, they will guarantee a certain pick up day and approximate delivery date. It's all a scam! The Company is just looking for a commission that ranges between $105 - $150, which obviously you can negotiate.

In my case they promised to send a confirmation email with pick up times and carrier information. 10 days passed and they never reached back. I called Plaza Auto Transport and complained that I had not received any emails with further details. When I call, the person that answer the phone was supposedly the Company's Operations Manager, Roger Castro, who by the way was super disrespectful, spoke out load, put me in hold many times, prepared and sent a cancelation email before we even hang up the phone.
