After waiting quite a long time for another company to arrange for enclosed transportation from Washington to Illinois and not hearing anything on when this shipment would be made (leading me to believe that my shipment was not being actively managed), I decided enough was enough and looked for new company to coordinate my shipping. Told that company I was going to hire someone new and they warned me that this would just extend the overall shipping time and worse case, I could get scammed. The other company was at least very nice as they did not charge me for any time they had put into my planned shipment and no penalties for cancelling service. Read reviews of a lot of companies, received a number of estimates and called Car Shippers USA LLC. Talked to Evelyn about the job, she was very pleasant and professional. Took my info and told me she would look into the move and call me right back. I think it was 10 minutes later and she had found a truck in the Washington area that could pick up my vehicle that evening! I could not believe how quickly this all came together. Unfortunately, the person who I bought the vehicle from was not able to meet the truck early in the evening. I talked to Evelyn updated her on situation and while I waited on the other line, she called the trucker asked him if there were any other options and was able to coordinate a time late in the evening (around 11 pm west coast time) when the truck could pick up the vehicle. This conversation was done at about 10 pm east coast time and clearly past east coast business hours; however, Evelyn told me once she is on the job, she is available no matter what the time is if the customer needs anything. Can not tell you how rare and wonderful it is to get such fantastic customer service like this, almost hard to believe this type of customer service exists today on such a personal level but it does at Car Shippers USA LLC. Vehicle was picked up on time, trucker called me with frequent updates, vehicle was delivered this morning exactly as promised and in great shape. Also worth noting, the total shipping price paid was less than what I had originally arranged. I can not express how happy I am that I called Car Shippers USA LLC and how wonderful Evelyn treated me. I will recommend Car Shippers USA LLC to anyone who is shipping a vehicle and will tell them, "don't use anyone else!"
