Saved the Day - for a internet/transport naive user

I have never used a transport service, so in essence I was a novice, a virgin to this whole system. I went to the internet and just typed in autoshipping for qoutes and I was bombarded by phone calls. I just picked the most "honest" sounding company and the day my window opened for transport I called them and asked what is the status - to find out I was cancelled!!! I was moving in 2 days and had already purchased flights. I began a new internet search and found Amerifreight. Graham went above and beyond his ability to help a stranger in desperate need. He coached me from how the system works and he even openly told me I will try but can't guarantee to find you a delivery vehicle in 1.5 days. Not only did he come through, he supplied the nicest transport service one could ask for - Eastern Auto Transport. These gentleman picked up my vehicle early, in a monsoon, and had it in Florida 2 days later. Both Graham and the transporter called me each day to provide updates and to make sure I was pleased. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to help someone in desperate need. Let me sum this up to show how clutch they were:
1) Booked through separate company in early May for pick up in June
2) Previous company DURING THE WINDOW TO PICKUP told me they do not have means to transport me (keep in mind my movers are coming the next day and I had a flight to catch in 36hrs
3) Contact w/ Graham at Amerifreight - who gave me an honest qoute of what it was going to take (for you internet naive people like myself, if you are getting email qoutes that seem low, well thats bc, they are just trying to get your deposit)
4)Secured a driver and guaranteed transport pick up (which was earlier than expected) and in ample time to make my flight
5) Vehicle delivered 2 days later
Let me tell you ladies and gentleman - clutch. Graham and Eastern auto transport thank you so very much from taking me from the depths of a incredible stressful job transfer and having to think I was going to have to drive 1500miles to make my job in 2 days, to making me worry free. Whatever the price, that peace of mind is priceless. Class act the entire way gentleman. All the best and will of course highly recommend to anyone and will of course use myself going forward
