This was dispatched out near the end of the time frame on our budget service level which is 1-9 business days, also note this was going to way up northern MI, after being dispatched, customer emailed and cancels because the seller defaulted, now customer is saying he picked it up himself, and left us a bad review on multiple websites, customer cant even get his stories straight. I do not understand how a customer cancels after the job was done as a broker and we get slandered, amazing how some people are these days!!! We offer expedited and priority service levels as well, customer chose budget and that is what he got!!! Also note finding a driver o/o would be nearly impossible as they dont market themselves nor have the customer service or let alone enough trucks on road to handle every single customers shipment. That is another reason why brokers are great!!! Uship is a great place to find companies, sure most bidding are brokers, and sure uShip is a business as well so the first deposit paid at booking goes to uShip, and that is non refundable as they did there job to help you choose us. Some customers, you just cant please........
