I am writing this review in regards to a recent transport of my 2006 Mazda 3 (Delivered Tuesday June 11, 2013) with the assistance of AmeriFreight (the vehicle shipment agent). I would like to say my vehicle was delivered with no problems and entire transport process was great, due to the outstanding services of AmeriFreight (with special acknowledgement to Graham). From the beginning, with the scheduling process, Graham made sure that I was informed and updated on a regular basis on the status of the vehicle being picked up for transport service. He was very patient and addressed my concerns, as well as complaints with the upmost professionalism, even when I was a little distraught. He constantly reassured me that my car would be selected for shipment. After arranging a date for shipment of my vehicle, and not being available for the pickup, I was able to work with AmeriFreight to leave my vehicle at their location in Georgia for pickup, which was a very easy process with minimum cost associated with it. Graham communicated information to me via email as well as phone, making sure I had the most recent information regarding my shipment. He would make sure to give me a courtesy call, if he wasn’t going to be available during the process. Graham was very personable and did a follow-up once shipment was completed to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend working AmeriFrieght to anyone, they would be lucky to have Graham as their agent as I consider AmeriFrieght lucky to have him. Thank you.
