Dispatchers were great! They worked with me as I tried to fit them into my busy schedule to get my vehicle delivered. The timelines/wait times were shorter than what they projected. The driver kept me abreast of his arrival to pick up the vehicle. I'm in the military and I ship vehicles every two years and this was the first time that the dispatchers kept me informed.
