I was very pleased with the customer service. Kelly kept me updated during the whole process. I was very unsure what to expect as this was my first time sending a car on a shipper. But she reassured me it was easier than driving cross-country, stress-free and in good hands. So glad I made the decision to ship. The driver was nice at pickup and also reassured me that my mommy van would arrive in one piece. He took good care and seemed to know what he was doing. Delivery went smoothly too. Hopefully I never move again but if I do I will for sure be calling AutoZipper. I highly recommend them if you need to ship a vehicle.
