I recommend to any one considering using an auto transport service, DO NOT use Dolphin Auto Transport of Florida. The agreed contract price was $150.00 up front and $550.00 upon delivery. I had a written contract to ship my vehicle from California to Texas. Dolphin Auto Transport acquired and processed $150.00 as a deposit (payment via credit card); however, on the day of the pick up of my car by the transport auto carrier, they were a no show. I waited all day at my house on the scheduled day of May 28, 2013, but by the end of the day I was very disappointed and stressed. I already had plenty on my plate, as I was in the middle of relocating my household goods and had sold my home and must vacate from my home the next day. I called Dolphin Auto Transport and spoke to Brandon, as I was worried about no one had contacted me. I was told not to worry and the driver will call me a couple of hours ahead before his arrival. I called Dolphin Auto Transport twice for answers, but was given the run around. Thereafter, I wrote an email to Jonathan, Manager of Dolphin Auto Transport and told him what I really feel about his business. Basically a FRAUD and SCAM. I never received an email reply and a phone call back from Jonathan. Bottom line, Dolphin Auto Transport, Florida, were quick to take my money up front as a deposit, but will not follow through with the shipment and refund my money. I am in the process working with my credit card company to get my money back, but will sue Dolphin Auto Transport if necessary. People, BEWARE! DO NOT USE this company to ship your vehicle.
