This was my first time shipping a car anywhere, and it was an excellent experience. Bob took me through the process of shipping a car and he was very patient with me when I asked questions. Also, I didn't have any trouble contacting Bob or anyone from AmeriFreight when I had more questions or wanted to change something on my contract. When reading reviews of the company beforehand, I saw AmeriFreight was very reliable, which was one of the key factors I was looking for. They exceeded my expectations and increased my confidence in the company. For example, I called Bob and told him that I needed my car in Connecticut by a certain date. He was able to book a truck for my car within two days of my first call. Moreover, when mentioning that I would not be able to pick up the car in Connecticut until a certain date, Bob told me that it would not be a problem and made the notes on my contract where necessary. This is a great company that obviously knows what it's doing, and I would not have a problem trusting them with my car again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to ship a car.
