They picked up my BRAND NEW, $53,600 Ram 1500 truck at the dealer within 2 days and delivered it within a week because of a cancellation. Company was good to deal with when booking the load. Tommy (the driver) stayed in contact and kept me up to date. That is the good part.

First, my truck arrived with several scratches and chips, which were not noted on the bill of lading when picked up. I only noticed one of the scratches when the truck was delivered (and driver put that notation on the BAL) The others I did not see because the truck was too dirty. I rinsed it off and noticed the other one and informed the driver. He said nothing.

I filed a complaint with Ben (the owner) and got no response. I sent pictures, no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and got a response saying the truck was to dirty upon pick up to see those scratches and that seeing it had 31 miles on it they were most likely caused by test drives. I have pictures from the salesman the day the truck was picked up show a clean and shiny truck being loaded on the trailer. So he is full of crap.

The estimate to professional fix the damage is $647. I only asked Ben to pay one third of it seeing I only noticed one of the chips/scratches on delivery. But he ignored all requests.

I have since filed a complaint the FMCSA. I will continue to file complaints on EVERY website in which his company appears.

You should also be forewarned that this company may use your vehicle as a tow vehicle. When the driver arrived, he had a Porsche Boxster with a dead battery. He asked me if I would help him reload it on the TOP of the carrier. I was not sure what he meant. I soon found out that he hooked a strap to underside of the Porsche (who knows where) and them hooked it to the back of another customers Toyota 4WD truck/suv. He asked me to get in the Porsche and steer it up the ramp as he pulled it up, jerking and yanking it up.

I am not sure if it is common practice to use other customers vehicle as tow vehicles and to ask customers to help in that situation, but I felt uncomfortable doing so.

Bottom line. The picked up my truck in a timely manner and delivered it fast. Don't expect to be compensated for any damages that may happen. If you use this carrier, you do it at YOUR own risk for damages. Ben will NOT pay for any damages.
