Hello. If you are able to flexible in the pickup and drop-off dates (which, let's be honest here, they are shipping a VEHICLE, this is a bit more complicated than a pair of shoes), this company is great. I got the quote, they picked up the vehicle with advance notice 2 weeks within the first available date and the transport across country was quick!
One note-listen to what the people on the ground (i.e. the people actually moving your vehicle) say about the time it takes to get to your destination. The shippers said 4 days, National Transport LLC stated 7...good thing I was able to work out the delivery of the vehicle with a little help from my friends-it indeed did come in 4 days even though I wasn't able to be there at time of delivery!
For both pickup and drop-off, you MUST be flexible, willing to have friends come help out to see your vehicle off/be there at delivery because even though the people at pickup got good advance notice of the pickup time, I was given less than 12 hours notice (at 10 pm after I had already turned my phone off for the night) for delivery of my vehicle, so be flexible during this time and, again, listen to what the actual shippers estimate on time until delivery-they were spot on with the 4 day estimate. Keep your phone ON during the time your vehicle is moving.
Vehicle arrived in fine condition, I wish I had been there to tip the shipper.
Another note-this is a good company to use if you live near Metro areas. California is one big metro for the most part and so is the east coast so that's no problem-shippers will not make what's called a 'dry run' so you might be waiting for quite some time if you are very isolated from metro areas.
