This was the second time that I have used Amerifreight to transport my cars and I would have to say that both times I received excellent service. I spoke to the operator to inquire about a cross-country move from Pennsylvania back to California for two cars. My initial thought was that two cars should contain some sort of discount considering that the pickup and delivery would be to the same place saving on fuel and time. He told me that a discount of $100 would be acceptable for a two-car move and we agreed upon a total estimated move. After all was said and done, he mentioned that the price that he negotiated with me was a starting point and that it had the potential to go up if no transporters agreed to the price up to the initial pick up date. With that said, the pick up date came and passed until late in the afternoon four days later. Our operator mentioned that he had found a transporter that could do it for a little bit more than we had originally agreed upon and after a quick check on the reviews for said transporter, we agreed to the terms. All in all, Amerifreight did an excellent job in explaining the process and the terms of their services considering they are the middlemen of this entire process. The only small thing that I think they could improve on is their communication. It took some emails and calls to get a hold of someone after we received our initial estimate, but overall I am happy with the entire process. A++ service and I will definitely consider them for my auto transportation services going forward.
