I have used other shippers in the past including Horizon, so when I purchased a 1979 Dodge truck in non running condition off of Craigslist, I called Meghan at Horizon Transport. Meghan called me and took the time to make sure that she had a carrier that would be on time and would deal with a non running vehicle. Her price was good and the service was better. Not only did she communicate with me, but she took the time to talk and schedule with the seller.
Truck was to be picked up on Thurs. 5/16/13 by 4 p.m (as the seller requested) and I was told I would have the vehicle within 7 days from pickup. Truck arrived on Monday 5/20/13, only 4 days later. It took a total of one week from booking to delivery to me.
Important details were through phone calls and updates were through email.
