I did a significant amount of research on which company to use to transport my car from the Southwest to the East Coast. This is an important decision (because of the value of a vehicle) and a costly one (because of the amount of money involved). I read the many positive comments for AmeriFreight, and decided to go with them. I am very pleased that I did. My communication with them was professional and courteous. I did not receive any unnecessary calls or emails from them (whereas other companies may call many times to get your business). The car was picked up the same day I requested that it be picked up, and it was delivered only two days later in the same condition that it was in at pick-up. Paying the deposit was an easy, seamless process. The carrier used was also excellent - they kept me up to date on the status of the car and were also professional at all times. I was admittedly skeptical of AmeriFreight given that customers are incentivized to give positive reviews, and the price was low. But, based on my experience, having used AmeriFreight, I am very glad I used them, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
