Terrible. The same scammers from Showtime Auto Transport

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. They had promised me a transport date and time, supposedly verifying with a driver a date and time. After taking my card information they immediately charged it before giving me the driver information, which is illegal. I would have over looked this if they gave me the driver information promptly, as they had promised. But they kept on making up excuses and lies ("oh the driver just has to pull over and sign the contract and you will be all set") and kept telling me to call back in a few hours, or, in the case of on the day of, "in 15 minutes." Each time I called I was often put on hold. Eventually they got frustrated, telling me I called too much, and that they would cancel the order (which I took to be them looking for a way out once they realized they couldn't fulfill the order they promised), but I had only been calling them back after the times they promised to call me back with information. They then agreed to try again with the driver. Sure enough the time and date of the supposed pick up went by after they confirmed the driver picked up another car instead. I was livid, as I had spent an unnecessary amount of time just trying to get the supposed driver's information. Anyways, they again lied about taking the charge off my card, saying that the accountant had just walked in and that it would take a couple business days to go through. Two weeks later they say the accountant just got back from a honeymoon. So either they lied before or, more likely, they lied yet again. After posting this review they then told me that they would not refund me until I took it down. They then said to transport reviews that I was not a customer, but after proving I, unfortunately, indeed was, my review was put back up. Finally, after telling them I filed a complaint through my bank, they have sent me a refund confirmation through email, though it has yet to register in my account. So I have yet to get my money back, which they illegally charged, for services they never performed.

Also, I've now discovered these are the same individuals (Gabriel and Luis Pelaez) behind Showtime Auto Transport, which has terrible reviews on this site (http://transportreviews.com/company/showtime-auto-transport.asp) and an F with the BBB (http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/automobile-transporting-services/showtime-auto-transport-in-miami-fl-90030532).

I apologize sir but we are not at all affiliated with the company listed below please get your facts strait when you make wild accusations. Please remove this immediately or you will be receiving a phone call from our companies attorneys for slander. In addition we refunded you your deposit a few days ago.
