I was extremely hesitant about shipping my car after reading some reviews. One, consistently highly rated name reviewed on this site was Bob, with Amerifreight. My experience with BOB, confirmed those raving reviews were right on! Bob was courteous, honest and helpful! He explained the process of shipping my car thoroughly. and thoughtfully given I was nervous about the process. He left me feeling comfortable and confident about my choice to use Amerifreight. Once over he had immediately received notice from a company, and following my inquiry regarding that carriers reputation ,BOB emailed me information and reviews with a ratings scale assuring me that the carrier was indeed reputable and highly rated. Another easy step in the process thanks to Bob.
Finally, our service was delivered upon as promised. We had a pickup one day following our availability date (late afternoon Saturday) and a delivery from Florida to CT in record time- Monday afternoon! Bob and Amerifreight were there every step of the way, as well as our driver, who kept in contact with us throughout the transport. This was honestly a GREAT experience! I felt as if we had pushed the easy button, and I will say, we did, by choosing to go with Amerifreight! Thanks Bob!
