At first the salesman was excellent, they stepped me thru the whole process, assured me that they could line it up on friday and would handle all the details to pick up my classic car from the seller. THAT WAS UNTILL THEY GOT MY DEPOSIT!! Friday rolled around and by mid day my vehicle still had not been picked up for delivery, the seller waited at his house all morning because I had told him based on info from Dolphin they would be there to pick it up, I emailed and called Ralph and was told he would find out what the issue was- 4hrs later I finally received info back that truck was on its way from dallas 3 hrs away and it would be there- so I called the seller, drove over to meet him and wait for truck- 2hrs after the truck was supposed to be there and was still a no show- I called and called and could get no one on the phone, all the options for customer service, dispatch just hung up once you selected an option. Finally a day later I got a call back, and explained that truck never showed up and I had to call a wrecker service after hours to come get the vehicle because the seller was upset he had wasted a day waiting around, and I had took the day off work. I was assured I would receive my deposit back- now it has been 15 days and still no refund. I will never use or recommend to any of my hot rod builders to use this company

Sir we refunded you your 50 dollars days before you posted this review. Our standard deposit is 150 dollars. We only took your order because you informed us that you booked with 3 other brokers and none were able to transport your vehicle because it was in a difficult location. We were trying to do you a favor. Our policies state that if we can not find you a driver which is rare, we will gladly refund you your money. We did what our contract says we would do which is as a broker attempt to find a driver for your route, If finding a driver is not possible because of the location of your vehicle we always refund the deposits. We are sorry that you felt you our customer service was not good enough something we will strive to improve.
