This was my first time shipping a car. I have called many company's that I have left voice mails and no one called back . Tim called me back and was very polite and explained everything and did not rush me off the phone. The driver Brian was very nice and called me and worked out times with me for picking up my car and with my son for droping off the vehicle. I will use again and tell everyone I know that wants to transport a car.
