Helpful Driver. On time delivery

First of all, they have changed their name to S&S Transportation LLC.
I was apprehensive on seeing the reviews at first. And called the Broker - "American Auto transport" to cancel the shipment with this shipper. But they mentioned that they have had good experiences with this company. So, I went ahead with this shipment.

Brian, the Driver called me a day before and setup the pick up time within an hour of my convenience. Also he was patient when I had to stuff my car with things that took 30 mins more than expected.

He delivered on time as he mentioned and also the car had moderate dust on the outside which is normal during transport.

Only two issues did I notice:
1. I was asked to walk for half a mile to pick up my car from a Walmart parking lot instead of delivering it to my residence.

2. Driver's hand dirt on the top of sun visor and inner roof of my car.

Overall good experience.
