When I called AmeriFreight inquiring about vehicle shipment, a representative named Jorge answered my call. It was my first time shipping a car, and Jorge was very friendly and patient. He explained all the details to me and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. After a driver was found, Jorge immediately informed me and gave me the driver's contact info.

Driver agreed to pick up the car around 6pm on Monday, but ended up getting delayed, though he did inform me that he was going to be a few hours late. He ended up arriving around 8pm, which wasn't really an issue. The car was safely delivered to destination a few hours ahead of schedule!
