I contacted 2 J's after being unhappy with another transporter. Little did I know that they would be worse. I first talked to Joyce. She assured me on a Friday, that my vehicle would be picked up the next day (Saturday), or the following Monday (at the latest), with 100% certainty. Needless to say, that never happened. After that, she never returned any emails that I sent her, and never called back when she said she would. Then, when I would call to see what's going on, she would always say that John was on the other line working on my shipment, and that he would call me back in 5 minutes. C'mon; every time? He would never call me back. I always had to call them back. So, finally on Tuesday after no progress from them on my shipment, I get a call from John saying that he could have my car picked up over a week later than expected for $1450! $451 more than they originally quoted me. Avoid them and go with someone that's been in the game for longer and has a lengthy feedback record.

This is a bogus review from someone that is trying to hurt our company. This person was never our customer. We are working with Transport Reviews to have it removed. Thank you. 2 Js Auto Transport
