he sales department lies to you and starts off with a quote lower in comparison to other companies to trap you. After that they increase the quote blaming it on one reason or the other. Their deposit is a big chunk of the entire cost which makes truckers not want to pick up the vehicle.

After frustration and 2 weeks of my car not being picked up I cancelled and according to the policy they are suppose to refund my deposit to me since the grace period/ contracted pick up time was way beyond ove . THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT. I have contacted them via e-mail, phone and did not hear back from them. It has been more then 2 weeks. This compelled me to file a dispute int he bank against them.

After cancellation I booked my car with another company and my car was picked up the following day and was in Texas within 3 days with the same quote that CONSOLIDATED AUTO TRANSPORT had provided.

SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE. Now my bank is filing a claim against them.

Universal Transport Services Inc. has taken ownership of Consolidated Auto Transport Services. In doing so, we have had to take the good with the bad. We apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused to this customer. However, this customer has never signed with Universal Transport Services. We have no record of him as a Universal Transport Services customer. Universal Transport has their own MC number and is a totally different entity.
