Decent overall experience

The overall experience was reasonable. Mike was courteous and always got back to me within a short time. The truck and the driver were good.

Some things that need to improve:

1. My biggest complaint is after asking Mike numerous times for contract papers (including receipt for $100 deposit) to be emailed or FAXed to me, he did not do it. He would say he has sent it but I never got it. After 3 days of follow-up on this, I gave up. When I asked him to FAX it, he said the fax is not easily accessible, it is in the bosses office or something weird excuse like that. I feel if you take a deposit and accept a contract over the phone, you need to have means to quickly send the paperwork to the customer. I should not have to follow up 10 times.

2. The truck is quite big and has low clearance. So, it can't come close to the house. I was ok with this, but I didn't expect I would have to drive about 9 miles to drop it off. Even when I asked initially, Mike confirmed they will come to the house. I would not mind driving to an open area like mall parking to drop it off in my town, but this was in San Jose near the airport.

We are glad your transport went well. We have tried numerous times to send you a receipt via email and fax, apparently to no avail. A paper copy was sent to your home address.
