I had never before arranged to transport a vehicle, and was apprehensive about the process. But Stephanie was very friendly, open and honest. She explained everything I asked about. She explained how the process works, and helped me understand what is reasonable to expect for what I was paying. All of that is very important for 'first-timers', as I've learned, and can now say. One needs to understand how this sort of business works, and practice a little patience while the process works itself through. In the end, everything happened just as Stephanie said it would- proving that she could be trusted, and the end result was perfectly satisfactory. I would certainly use these people again, should the opportunity present itself, and I would commend my friends to use them as well.
