mail I got after a month

the e-I spoke with Brad about the transport and the hood. He says the hood was never opened based on the fact that the VIN# was on the door for them to inspect. He also reviewed the pictures and says it's obvious that the pins broke that hold the hood. That is not something that they are responsible for. The hood pins or springs are not checked on the visual inspection on pick up. The bottom line is that this damage did not occur due to any negligence on the driver's behalf and they cannot honor any damage claim made against the hood removing during transport.
I'm sorry the claim has been denied

I would not get them to ship a wheel baqrrol for me
