This was a nightmare! I hired WolfePack Transport to transport my daughters car from California to Texas, I spoke to Scott at the beginning was very helpful right until he got the $300.00 deposit. Then he gave my daugther the name and number of the transport company that was going to take it to Texas. Two weeks into it my daugther called Goodwin transport to find our why the car did not arrived, and not hearing from anybody we called Scott to see what was going on, at the time he informed us that the transport company did not get the interstate license and that he can only take it to LA area. Waited another week for this to happen in the meantime my daughter had to pay another months storage where she had the car because it was not picked up on time. On March 25th when i was fed up and ready to cancel the ordeal Scott said the transport company was an hour away from picking up the car. Every time i would call Scott he would tell me that he was going to find out what was going on and would call me back, but never did. Another week passed and no car. WHen i finally spoke to Scott he said that he would reinburse $100.00 and to take it off from the final bill. He also told me that the car was on its way to Texas it had left that Tuesday March 26th. Guess what it did not it was still sitting in California. Then he gave me the Transport company name and number, when I spoke to the driver a week later he had the order to pick up the car and did on Easter sunday March 31st. When I called Scott about him giving me the run arround he said he would talk to the Star Auto Transport and see about getting some money back.
The car finally got here on April 6th, and guess what no refund was ever discussed with Star Auto, we had to pay him the full amount
I dont like doing business like this and I would never lead anybody as to giving a refund on part of the money unless you mean it. My daughter works hard and goes to school and this was a very expensive experience for her; I would suggest you go with somebody else for your tranport. I wish i would have done so.
