I used a company that brokered the car to Ebro. The company was supposed to be able to GPS track my car which was not the case. Driver gave me different information than the company I used.
Car arrived completely covered in dirt - undriveable and uninspectable until cleaned. Problem is you can't get your car from the driver unless you sign for it which means you are agreeing to the condition sight unseen. And guess what, the car was damaged from the lift dropping on the hood and the driver scrapping the car driving it onto the carrier.
And since I could not know there was damage until I cleaned it, they are denying responsibility. It took 2 hours to clean dirt off car and I called them within 2 hours.
Now I am out of pocket to repair my car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO USE THEM, DO NOT SIGN FOR CAR IF THERE IS DIRTY ON IT.
