The Worst Experience Ever!!!

The interactions with this company was fine until week of my scheduled pick-up. I received a confirmation email from Vanessa on 3/18/2013 confirming my delivery pick up time for 3/22/13 between 12-4pm. We emailed back and forth regarding a few things and everything was fine. On the evening of March 21st I received a phone call from Damien (the driver) who called to tell me that he had me scheduled to pick up for Saturday, March 22nd. I informed him per our contract the date he had was incorrect. He begin to escalate and tell me my information was wrong and that I needed to contact the Manager Albert Newman. I contacted Mr. Newman and he was totally unaware of the date changed and promised me he would get everything straightened out and then call me back. I did NOT hear from Albert until the afternoon of the next day. (my scheduled pick up day) and only because I had to keep calling him back. Long story short, my delivery did not happen on the date scheduled. The driver actually came on Saturday afternoon appereared adjatated and seemed to be under the influence of "something". He told my brother that he could not transport the van because it had too many items inside and he had to follow procedures, and will be at risk for fines by the DOT if he doesn't follow the rules. He also tells my brother, but I will take the van for you anyway if you pay me an extra $200 cash right now. WHAT!!! My brother gets Albert on the phone to talk to to Damien and the two of them are cursing and yelling with each other. My brother had to call me from a different phone to tell me what was going on. Finally Damein just walks off. He doesn't say anything to my brother or called me back to tell us anything. I have been trying to speak to Albert since that day and he will not answer the phone and also, all of a sudden, Vanessa is not responding to my emails. I have requested my deposit back and have not hear anything from this company.
This was the WORSE experience EVER!!! Please beware.

Well what a surperise with you Mrs. Winfield If this is the worse company you state why is it the second time we are trying to get your vehicle transported , we transported your brothers vehicle in the past and everything went totally fine this is why you re chose us again to get your vehicle transported , if we are not mistaken .. we gave you a call on march 18th in which we dispatched the vehicle to a specific driver , we provided drivers name and number we told you that the driver will be picking it up as him and Sun auto Transport dispatcher stated .. Mrs. Winfield this is a very unpredictable business that's why we abstain ourselves that we will pick it up at a exact´time ... many things happen on the road that is why sometimes theirs a delay due to traffic accidents drop-off or pick-ups.. another thing you were allowed to only put up to 150 lbs personal belonging s in your vehicle and below the window level IF DOT stops our drivers they have to pay extra because its on there rules and regulation only to have 150 lbs of personal items per car , not house hold because we are CAR TRANSPORTERS not house transporters .. and as the driver stated you had the vehicle packed with belongings .. the driver will take your belongings that are passed weight limit but if he gets stopped by DOT he will have to pay the toll for that that is why the driver asked you either to take several things down or to pay extra if DOT stops them .. we have been responding to your calls and emails as well .. you stated that the driver left that its is really awkward because when you called Vanessa you said that you told the driver to leave as another option that we gave you is to also get your vehicle picked up with another driver that same day ..your refund is not allowed because we assigned you to a driver the driver went to your brothers house and we gave you options to make it more easier for you and to get your vehicle transported .. so that is time , space and gas taht the driver wasted .. than k you for your time and we only try to provide our customers with good service as you can see .. we dont give up that is why we try our best to make things more simle for you . thank you for your time
