Can't keep their promises...

On 2/8/13 I booked my horse to be shipped from OH to AZ on or around 3/6/13. I sent my 50% deposit per contract to hold a spot for my horses transport. Unfortunately on 2/15/13 my horse went into complete renal failure and had to be euthanized. I called the transporter that day to advise them so they could fill my horses space on their trailer. I also emailed them the next day asking them to return my deposit of $697.00 in full to me per contract. I was told it would be handled. I have made phone calls and sent an email since then asking them to return my money. When I called on 3/12 and actually got ahold of someone to speak with I was told they would call me right back. Instead I received an email (which was fine) and was informed they would have to "recut" the check since the original must have been lost...and that they would recut the check that day which was 3/12. They re-verified my address, etc. Today is 3/19/2013. It has been over 30 days since my horse died and still no refund...... this is not good business- I urge you to question what kind of integrity is behind this company before you book with them. UPDATE... I did finally receive my deposit back from them the end of March. This was after more follow up calls to them.

THis is an unfortunate situation for this client, though her having to euthanize her horse has nothing to do with our company. She was informed that it takes 30-45 days for a refund per our owner. The client was fully refunded. You can see she recieved her refund 30 days after we initially received her deposit.
