These people are thieves and liars. First they lured me in signing a contract by offering me a nice price to trasport cars. Then first they didnt pick up my car for almost 30 days causing me thousand dollars of storage charges. Then suddenly they call me one day saying we have arranged a transport for you for 500 dollars more than the oriinal price quoted. if you dont want it then go find someone else and we will keep your deposit. I was already incurring 50 dollars a day storage charges so I reluctantly agreed to it. The guy was extremely rude. I ended up paying twice the total amount that i was quoted and i was black mailed. I even told this to anthony that you are black mailing me.
I am a small dealer and i have transported over 20 cars from out of state and this experience of cheating and lieing is by far the worst experience in my life. I also lost money and also got my car after almost 45 days.
This is the first time in my life I took an initiative to write a Bad Review. I never do this because everyone is allowed a few mistakes. but this transport company AVL transport went over board. Everytime I talk to them they would revert back and say, "Sir, read the agreement. it says in there". Basically in short what the agreement really reads is that we can do whatever we can and you cant complain.
Please , please. dont use these guys. i would suggest pay couple of hundered dollars more and go with a more professional company. I think there company is may be husband and wife company working from home. They have no idea how to run a business.
