The customer service that David provided for me was excellent, he kept in touch with me the entire time my car was in transport, if i had any questions he was quick to answer them, if i left him a message he called me back promptly. The driver Mario Briones was also amazing he kept in touch while in transport, and delivered my car on time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone shipping a car from Hawaii to anywhere in the USA.
