First off, let me say this, the folks with A1A were very friendly and they gave a great rate. The pickup driver was three hours late but no fault of his own. He was very friendly and professional. Second, the delivery information was very accurate and it was delivered on time.
The reason for the low rating and the complaint was because they delivered the car with the battery DEAD. This is a 2010 car and the battery was fine. They left a light on the car and it killed the battery. They delivered it to my ill senior citizen father and left it there with a dead battery. It was way below freezing and it was ice/snow mix. He had to sit in the car for three hours until someone came and boosted the battery.... in the freezing cold. There was no need for that to happen. I called their Customer Service and they said someone will call me back. That was a week ago and nothing.
