Make sure you read your contracts as they have you locked in for 7 days from the first day you allow them to pick up. I signed the contract on a Thursday, they promised they would have the vehicle picked up either Friday-Sunday. I get a call on Sat saying the driver is backed up and needs to pickup the beginning of the week. Wednesday comes and I said a nasty email out Tuesday night saying that if the truck isn't picked up tomorrow I will cancel my contract. I get a call Wednesday morning saying that the driver is supposed to contact him this afternoon and he will call me then. Well as we all know how this works out. NO DRIVER OR CALL. - I canceled my contract Thursday and the gentlemen said he needs to forward it to the owner who will then review and then forward to accounting for a refund. (THATS OK JUST CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AN ISSUED A CHARGEBACK)
DO NOT USE A COMPANY THAT CHARGES YOU A UPFRONT DEPOSIT LIKE THIS ONE. There are companies in the business that will hold a credit card, but will not charge until a driver is actually assigned.
Wasted 7 days of my time with their BS.
