My Excellent Experience With This Company!

I had numorous transport companies contact me concerning moving my vehicle. Most of them were very rude and pushy about setting up a date to pickup my vehicle. After spending all day on the phone and computer I came across the reviews for Tropical Auto Carriers, LLC

There ratings really impressed me so I thought I would give them a call. I contacted them on Tuesday Feb.19th. I first spoke to Paul. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He asked me when I wanted to move my vechicle. I told him I would like to get it picked up on Monday Feb.25th. He told me that should not be a problem and asked me if I wanted to set that up. I said sure because most of the other companies I talked to said they were not sure they could move the vehicle on that short of notice. So Paul took all of my information and said that Nikole from dispatch would be getting in touch with me in a couple of days

Nikole contacted me two days later on Thursday Feb.21st. She was very pleasant and very helpful. She informed me that they would be able to pick my vehicle up on Monday Feb.25th the day that I wanted it picked up. GREAT I said! On Monday morning around 9a.m. the truck picked up my vehicle in Tarpon Springs Fl.

The next morning Tuesday Feb.26th I received a call and was told that my vehicle would be delivered to my door around 6 p.m. I could not believe it. From Florida to Maryland in a little over 24 hours. WOW!!!!!

This was the best experience I have ever had shipping a vehicle! FIRST CLASS service and GREAT people to deal with!

Paul and Nikole made this a wonderful hassle free experience and you could not have asked for anything more. PERFECT!!!!!
