STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! RE: Motorcycle move

This company is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISHONEST, VULGAR group Ive EVER encountered. I was contacted by Josh on Saturday(which Josh claims they dont work on) & pressured into an agreement. 1st off they made promises that they did not stand by 2ndly they processed my deposit before they claimed they would & before they were SUPPOSE to, they had'nt even put my request up for bid before processing the deposit & then when I was made aware of this(that they hadnt even listed it up for bid) I called & talked to Josh-he was rude & belittled me to the point I was in tears . He told me to calm down that he would be able to list this & within 2 day of the day I wanted it picked up have no problem getting this move made, so I figured he already had my deposit so I was maybe being paranoid & he could do this. After my husband came in to room & seen how upset I was he told me to call them back & ask them to return my deposit & cancel. I called and spoke to Olivia with my concerns & she said "your just being unresonable & we really ought to just cancel" which is what I wanted so I told her "yes lets do that, cancel the order". I was IMMEDIATELY called back by Josh & he smoothesd it over again & told me he had'nt list it yet because I hadnt paid for the bike yet & I may not want it when I get up there & see it. I told him I've already had a mechanic look at it & I am deffinately buying it & want it picked up on the 6th or 7th. He said he would list it on the board & call me back with the drivers info. When the 1st of Feb approached & I hadnt heard anything from them I got concerned & tried reaching Josh, Olivia answered & said she'd have Josh call me back I waited the whole day; no call. I tried again the next day couldnt get an answer-figuring it was weekend maybe they would call back Monday after hearing my voicemails. Monday still no answer . Not ONLY NO ANSWER TO MY CALLS/VOICEMAILS/EMAILS but they wouldnt even answer their phones when I callled. I left several more voicemails & sent numerous emails to EVERY department in company. NOTHING. I was to leave in 2 days so I left voicemails & emails stating I needed someone to call me back & verify I had a truck by the end of the day OR I was cancelling. NO call back no email...nothing. I then repeated the process stating to cancel the order. I went with another company & they arranged EVERYTHING in 2 hours time with no stress whatsoever. I went up completed my transaction & the truck company picked up early & delivered early. When I returned home I called Harvester to inquire about everything & why they wouldnt return my calls. They wouldnt answer, I used my friends phone which has a different area code & wa-la Josh answered! I inquired why he handled this as he did & told him I would still leave a nuetral review but not until he returned my deposit. His answer was & I would swear to this in a court of law on a stack of bibles...."F*ck you, I don't give a F*ck what you do you crazy F*cking b*tch"- then he & hung up. I was dumbfounded to say the least. I tried calling back-he wouldnt answer. After I left a review about this he claimed he didnt know of me or any agreeement with me so my review was pulled until I sent proof of our agreement; did he not think I would have records of this agreement? I had to make copies of my credit card statement & I also sent a copy of my contract to prove he was lying in order for the transportation review site to repost my review/warning for this firm. I also have all the emails & voicemails I sent from day 1 of doing business with Josh but these were not needed after he was caught in the initial lie. Then he answered my review with MORE LIES! One lie after another in his reply...I had to also send all my coorespondences & records of voicemails to my credit card company because he is fighting my chargeback! Allowing myself to be bullied by Josh iinto this agreement was the MY 1st mistake but after tricking Josh into taking my call & the the vulgarity he used when he spoke to me I felt I had to write a truthful review of how this company did me from day 1. I felt I had to warn others & whats does he do? He comesback with a whole new set of lies. Do yourself a favor & stay as far away as you can from this company & any comglomerate of them

Harvester Trucking Inc. had order ID# 59142 dispatched in the time frame allocated by customer. Harvester Trucking Inc. informed customer of dispatch details. Harvester Trucking Inc. received instruction from customer to cancel order after the being dispatched, Harvester Trucking Inc. refunded the full deposit to customer within 10 business days. Harvester Trucking Inc. did NOT charge customer the $100.00 cancellation fee and refunded the full deposit to the customer within 10 business day, as stated in the contract: "Customer has the option to cancel at any time prior to 72 hours of scheduled pick-up, and deposit will be refunded in full. In the event the Customer chooses to cancel after a carrier has been assigned, scheduled and dispatched to the vehicle(s) pick-up location, a $100 cancellation fee, along with the customer deposit, will be imposed and collected by Harvester Trucking Inc.Refunds or deposits issued by Harvester Trucking Inc. will be received by company check within 10 business days of written confirmation of cancellation." Customer was contacting Harvester Trucking Inc. during the weekend and was therefore unable to get in contact with Harvester Trucking Inc. as the hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Harvester Trucking Inc. contacted customer on Monday in reply to the several messages and emails left over the weekend by the customer to inform customer that order ID# 59142 was cancelled as per instruction and Harvester Trucking Inc. informed customer that the $100.00 cancellation fee will be waived and Harvester Trucking Inc. will also refund the customer of the full deposit within 10 business days. Customer demanded the credit card to be refunded within 12 hours or a negative review will be left for Harvester Trucking Inc. Harvester Trucking Inc. responded to the customer by explaining company policy for refunds of deposits and reminded customer of contract agreement. Customer was unhappy with the response and disconnected.
