I had never shipped a vehicle and was a bit skeptical or reluctant to make a choice between carriers. After a month of receiving many offers, the personality and meeting my conditions lead me to Horizon.

From the initial call to finally receiving my vehicle, Gregg was professional and conveyed the feeling of complete trustworthyness. The cost was of course a major concern and he walked me through the process. Listed the likelyhood of meeting my price range.
I was flexible with the time frame requirements and was able to keep my budget. In a pleasant surprise, the contract was picked up the same afternoon and the vehicle was enroute! Gregg contacted me and was also able to keep me updated with progress throughout the delivery.

When the truck arrived, right at my driveway, the driver was also friendly and business like. He unloaded and parked the vehicle right in the drive and the price was exactly as agreed upon. He was patient with my walk around inspection and I did not find any problems.
It was late in the evening and I expected him to be in a bit of a hurry, but he showed no signs of it.

All in all, I was satisfied with the entire process and do whole heartedly endorse Horizon transport for any future needs.
