This was the first time I've shipped a car so I was a little apprehensive in the beginning. Graham quickly took the anxiety away with his apparent knowledge and experience in the business. He found a transporter within a reasonable time. The car was picked up as scheduled and reached its destination in 8 days. The promised expected time was 7 to 10 days. There was no damage to the car.

The original quote was $1090 including additional insurance (AFTA) of $95. By the time Graham found a transporter it went up to $1325. If I were not in a hurry I might have found a lower offer. Also, I'm not sure the extra insurance was necessary. In fairness, Graham did not pressure me to take the insurance. This is something for you to decide.

Overall, it turned to be a hassle-free experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use Amerifreight again.
