Horizon

I had been hesitant with the prospect of choosing a carrier and had no previous history on which to draw information. The personality and courtesy extended by gregg at Horizon throughout the process was the selling point.

The stipiulations I placed in choosing a carrier were satisfied and the financiall arrangement was appropriate.
From the afternoon I committed to Horizon the vehicle was picked up the same evening and enroute! I was given the progress updates as requested and the delivery was timely.
I was relieved to have the point to point delivery. This made arrangements with the sellers agent very convenient and of course a cake walk for me at the receiving location ( my driveway )!
The driver was courtious and took the time to let me do a full walk around inspection with no appearance of impatience. I even chose to extend a tip to the gentleman. The weather was snowy and it was already dark, yet I did not feel rushed or pressured at all!

So, I suppose to sum it all into one sentence, On time, on budget, with great customer care! Very satisfied.
